(Packages and Flexible Coverage)
We want your experience with us to be as pleasant and
satisfying as possible. The information below should answer
many questions that might occur to you as you begin to
enjoy and show your CD previews to others.

1. How should we take orders from others?
-
Each person ordering should use a separate order form.
The order forms will be returned with your finished
order. You can print additional copies from your CD-ROM
or complete the orders in Excel.

To avoid errors and extra costs, we suggest you collect
from each person ordering before you return your
orders to us.

2. When is our order due?
-
Your order is due by the date shown on the receipt you
received when you got your CD-ROM, generally four months
after your event date. Please be aware that:

Your prices and terms are guaranteed only to that
date.

Your CD will no longer play after your due date, and
we will charge for to extend the expiration date.

3. What will happen when we meet to place our order?

Please call for definite appointment to place your order.
Before arriving for your appointment, be sure you have
completed the
Order Summary Sheet. We will use the count
from this sheet to establish a preliminary invoice at our
meeting. Final billing will, of course, be based upon our
count of the actual orders written in the preview
albums.
This meeting is the time to choose your album, parent
albums, etc. and determine if you wish to purchase your
high resolution images. If you have any questions, this
will be the time to ask; once your order is submitted, it
cannot be changed.

4. How much will our album cost?

If you contracted for one of our packages, the cost of
your album is included.
For Flexible Coverage, your album is sold separately
from your photographs. The cost depends on the type of
album you choose and the size necessary to hold the
assortment of photographs you have selected. Our albums
can accommodate virtually any combination of 8x10, 5x7
and 3½x5 photographs you desire. Large albums
start at about 45% of the cost of the photographs to be
mounted. Included in the price is our thoughtfully and
artistically sequencing and mounting your
photographs.

- 5. Can (should) we get albums for our parents?
- Quality photographs should be enhanced and protected by
quality albums. In some cases, the bride and groom
purchase their parents’ albums; in others the
parents themselves buy them. Parents are welcome to
attend the order meeting to select albums or they may
visit us on their own. Whatever your own family
traditions are, it seems shameful to us to see thousands
of dollars being spent for weddings and hundreds more on
photographs - only to have them put away in a drawer or
mounted in a “cheap” album to be damaged and
forgotten.

- 6. How long will it take to fill our order?
- Most orders take from ten to twelve weeks from the time
they are submitted to complete. We guarantee completion
before Christmas for standard orders submitted to us
before October 1.

- 7. Do you sort and package orders separately for each
person?
- We will be happy to sort and package your order. For us
to provide this service without extra charge:
- Each person ordering must use a different order sheet filled out
correctly.

- 8. Can we get all the high resolution images?
- Yes! Our charge for all the high-resolution images
depends on the number hours of service and the total dollar amount of
your print order including your own prints.

- 9. Can we copy our CD to send to others?
- You have our permission to make copies of this CD.
- However, this CD and any copies will expire four months
after your wedding.

- 10. Can we get non-expiring copies of our slide shows?
- Non-expiring copies of the slide shows may be purchased. Your cost
will be $95.00 plus 20¢ per image.
Add music you provide on original CD's for only $10.00 per chapter.

- 11. Can we get a slide show with just images we
select and with music?
- Custom slide shows with music cost $95.00 plus 75¢ per image.
Add music you provide on original CD's for only $10.00 per song.

- 12. When are payments due?
- From your preliminary total order established at the order meeting, we will deduct all applicable discounts, deposits
and prepaid package items. Before we will process your order, we will request a deposit of one-half
of whatever remains. You will not be required to pay the final half until your order is complete and ready for delivery. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment; please plan to pay by cash, cashier's check, money order, VISA or MasterCard.
